Marketing for new developments is often split across several vendors: a project site, a separate unit list, PDF price lists, a virtual tour, a contact form. When a price changes, someone has to update it in several places.
Buyers see images, but not where a unit sits in the building. And their inquiry arrives without any reference to a unit.
The Project Website brings architecture, units, location and documents into one system that KMUseiten builds and operates.

Building model
A suitable SVG is integrated at no extra cost. Otherwise we build the model from your 3D or BIM model or from plans.

Larger projects, additional languages and copywriting are quoted by scope. Operation & Maintenance is invoiced quarterly in advance and can be canceled after the minimum term with 30 days’ notice to the end of a quarter. All amounts in CHF, excluding VAT. The quote is binding and valid for 30 days.
Questions about theProject Website
How much does a Project Website cost?
From CHF 14,900 one-time for up to 12 units in up to 2 buildings. Operation & Maintenance adds CHF 290 per month from launch. Modules such as renderings or a 360° Tour are added only if your project needs them.
Which projects is it right for?
When you sell or rent several units individually, prices and availability change during marketing, and several buildings or unit types make orientation necessary. For a single property, a listing is often enough. We will tell you so in the first conversation. What apartment selection has to do in detail is covered in the article Apartment selection on a project website.
What do you need from us to get started?
Plans, unit data with prices and status, your project brand and any existing images. If renderings or a building model are missing, we produce them. Suitable plans are enough to start. How to keep status current during marketing is covered in the article Keeping apartment status current.
How long does it take?
5 to 7 weeks from complete materials when nothing needs to be produced. Building models, renderings or panoramas add their production time.
Do we need a 3D model?
Not necessarily. A suitable SVG is enough for unit selection on the building. Without one, we build the building model from your 3D or BIM model or from dimensioned plans. You pay for the 3D work once, even if it is later used for renderings.
Who operates the Project Website, and do we receive the source code?
KMUseiten operates the Project Website for the duration of your marketing. It is a KMUseiten product, and its source code is not handed over. Your content and data remain yours, and media we produce for your project may be used to market it. Custom-built platforms work differently.
Do you work with agencies and property marketers?
Yes. You keep the mandate, and KMUseiten builds and operates the Project Website behind it. More under Partnership.
Is Valenne a real project?
No. Valenne is a fictional demonstration project built by KMUseiten. It shows the features and design of a Project Website with modules. The units, prices and people are invented.
