What determines the price?

Three factors: the number of business areas being mapped. Whether interactive features like configurators or calculators are needed. And whether external systems need to be connected. In the initial call we clarify the scope and give you a binding estimate.

What does a client portal cost?

A simple client portal with login, document exchange and status tracking starts at CHF 20,000. Complex portals with quote management, ordering systems and CRM integration range from CHF 50,000 to 80,000.

How long does development take?

A portal or simple platform is ready in nine to ten weeks. Complex platforms with multiple business areas, integrations and interactive features need three to four months. You receive a working interim version every 14 days for testing.

Can existing systems be integrated?

Yes. Whether accounting, inventory management, CRM or industry-specific interfaces like SwissRETS: in the initial call we assess which systems can be connected and how.

Do I need technical knowledge?

No. We build the system so your team manages content, settings and new entries independently. Hosting, security, updates and technical maintenance are handled by us.

Who owns the code?

You do. After payment, the project-specific code belongs to you. You can develop it further yourself or have it adapted by a third party.

What happens if something breaks after go-live?

Critical errors are fixed within 36 hours. For everything else we arrange a support contract with fixed response times. You always have a direct contact person.
