When your team spends too much time on the phoneClient Portal

PUT YOUR CLIENTSIN CONTROL

Documents, status queries and orders. Everything that requires phone and email today, your clients handle in the portal.

Starting point

Your team answers thesame questions every day

Where does my order stand? Can you resend the invoice? When will the quote be ready? Your team answers these questions multiple times a day by phone and email. Each answer costs five to 15 minutes.

Documents go back and forth by email, versions get lost. Repetitive queries tie up capacity needed for new business. The issue is not the task itself, but its lack of scalability.

A portal changes that. Clients track order progress themselves, download invoices, request services, and configure orders directly. Around the clock, without tying up your team.

Scope of delivery

What your clientportal includes

Login and permissions

Your clients log in and see only their own data. Roles and access rights are defined by you.

Document exchange

Quotes, contracts, invoices in one place. Your client uploads and downloads instead of emailing your team.

Status tracking

Clients track order progress in real time with automated status notifications.

Quote and order system

Clients configure, order or request quotes directly in the portal, syncing data straight into your core systems.

Common questions

Questions beforewe start working

What determines the price of a client portal?
Three factors: the number of functions (documents only, or also orders, configurations, status queries). Whether existing systems like CRM or ERP are connected. And how many different user roles there are. In the initial call we clarify the scope and give you a binding estimate.
How long does development take?
Eight to 14 weeks. A portal with login and document exchange is ready in eight weeks. Add system integrations and multiple user roles, and you are looking at twelve to 14 weeks.
Can existing systems be integrated?
Yes. Whether accounting, CRM, ERP or industry software: in the initial call we assess which of your systems can be connected and how.
Will my clients find their way around the portal?
Yes. The portal is built for your clients, not for developers. Login, navigation and actions are designed so that no introduction is needed.
What happens to existing data?
Migrating existing client data, documents and order history is part of the project. We transfer everything to the new system so your clients can work from day one.
What happens after go-live?
Critical errors are fixed within 36 hours. For ongoing support we arrange a maintenance contract with fixed response times. You always have a direct contact person.
