Two outdated websitesand three missing products
stimo builds new developments in German-speaking Switzerland. Two websites already existed, stimo.ch and meinwohntraum.ch, but both were technically outdated and disconnected. Structural changes or new page types required a developer every time. At trade fairs, contacts were lost because everything ran on paper.
Additionally, a foundation website, digital trade fair capture and a training area for new employees were missing. Operating each of these products separately would have meant: managing five different systems, five logins, updating the same content five times. Instead, we built a shared system that serves all five websites from one management interface.
Prospective buyers view construction projects by status, read the construction diary and apply directly. The general contractor has a dedicated section with seven pages.
Filter projects by status
Under construction, In planning, Ready to move in. Visitors find what interests them immediately.
Enquiries directly into the sales system
Each construction project has its own contact form. Everything reaches sales automatically.
GC division as a separate section
Seven pages for the general contracting division. Independent, but same management system.
Apartment seekers find available properties and submit enquiries directly. Listings synchronize automatically from CasaSoft, without anyone having to intervene.
Current listings
New properties appear automatically, sold ones disappear. No manual effort.
Search and filter
Buy, rent, location, rooms, price, area. Results instantly.
Search profiles for prospects
Prospects submit their preferences. Sales sees immediately who fits which property.
Service areas
Buy, Sell, Manage, Rent, Marketing. Each area with its own content.
Dedicated website for the Stimo Foundation featuring seamless donations via Swiss QR-bill standard. Different audience, different tone, but the same management system as the other two sites.
Trade fair, managementand training
At trade fairs, lead capture was completely manual. Business cards were lost, follow-up took hours. We built an iPad-based lead capture tool where visitors enter details in four simple steps, pushing data directly into sales pipelines. Works offline too.
All content across the three websites runs through one management system in German. The team changes texts, images and projects without outside help. For new employees there is a password-protected video portal that shortens onboarding from weeks to hours.
